1/4 cup almonds soaked overnight and rinsed well to activate.

Simply blend and strain through a nut milk bag. We only use the strainer for use by the barista to make coffee, hot chocolate or turmeric latte. There is no need to strain almond milk for breakfast muesli. For smoothies its better to add the activated almonds and water to the blend with your other ingredients such as when making chocbanana milk shake.
