Ultimate Superfood Smoothie
Easypeasy breakfast on the run
Serves 2 (tall glasses)

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups milk (or milk substitute)
  • 2 tsp ACAI POWDER
  • 1.5 tsp MACA POWDER
  • 1 tsp CACAO POWDER
  • 2 tsp CHIA SEEDS (best pre-ground in spice/coffee grinder)
  • 1 large banana (or 2 small)
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries eg. Blueberries, strawberries
